Throughout the House

6. Keep your home dusted and vacuumed at all times.
7. Scrub the carpets (replace them if they don’t clean up well).
8. Have a family “game plan” to get the home in order quickly if necessary.
9. Air out your home for half an hour before showings.

11. Put family photos in storage.
